The AVID Ascend GT is an all-season tire from Yokohama for coupes, sedans, crossovers, SUVs, minivans and performance-oriented cars. Triple 3D sipes and an ultra-square contact patch promote even wear, which supports a longer tread life.
A TriBlend rubber compound and asymmetric grooves give the tire strong grip on wet and snowy roads.
In the 245/40R18 size, this tire has a 97V load and speed rating with extra load (XL) construction. Specs include 12/32-inch tread depth, a 50 psi maximum inflation pressure, a UTQG rating of 740AA and an overall diameter of about 25.7 inches. A 65,000-mile treadwear warranty applies to this size.
