Description

Built for passenger cars and crossovers, the General AltiMAX Arctic 12 is a winter touring tire that can be studded where local rules allow. Its Three-Peak Mountain Snowflake marking shows it meets industry severe snow service standards.

General developed its compound and tread pattern technologies to hold traction on wet, snow-covered and icy roads.

This 225/55R16 size carries a 99T load and speed rating with extra load (XL) construction. It has 12/32-inch tread depth, a 51 psi maximum inflation pressure and an overall diameter of about 25.7 inches.
